1. Is it really true? 100% free for students?

Yes, SurveyProf offers its services on a professional level, free of charge. That includes all features. No paid upgrade-plans available. For students only!

2. How can you verify if a registrant is really a student?

That is indeed somewhat difficult, so we are practical about it. SurveyProf is happy to provide the service to anyone who is someway 'related' to an educational institution (like schools, universities, colleges or whatever your learning place is called). All we require from you is the country where your school is based, the name of the school and a 'working' email address. We need your email address to identify you when you login into SurveyProf to work on your survey(s).

3. What to do in case of missing functionality?

If you need any functionality which is not yet available, please let us know. The SurveyProf wants to excell in performance and functionality, so any 'whish' will be taken very seriously. SurveyProf is seriously committed to work out any issue that prevents you from conducting a succesfull survey!

4. Is there anyway I can help the SurveyProf?
